RightFit™ In-Home Flooring Experience

Overview

These Terms & Conditions apply to the RightFit™ In-Home Flooring Experience provided by Floors By Nature (WA) Pty Ltd.

Consultation Fee & Credit

The RightFit™ In-Home Flooring Experience may be offered as a paid consultation.

Where a consultation fee applies:

  • The consultation fee is payable prior to or at the time of booking
  • If the client proceeds with the ClearPlan™ Flooring Package and engages Floors By Nature for the project, the consultation fee will be credited toward the total project cost
  • The credit applies only to projects proceeding with Floors By Nature and is not redeemable for cash
  • The consultation fee is non-refundable if the project does not proceed
  • Promotional offers (including complimentary consultations) are limited and subject to availability

Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the consultation fee.

Missed Appointments

If the client is not present at the scheduled time, the consultation may be forfeited and a rebooking fee may apply.

Service Description

The RightFit™ Experience includes in-home consultation, flooring recommendations, site assessment, preparation advice, and a ClearPlan™ Flooring Package.

Pricing & Quotes

All pricing is indicative and may vary depending on site conditions, measurements, and scope changes.

Site Conditions

All recommendations and pricing are subject to actual site conditions including subfloor condition, moisture levels, and structural factors.

ClearPlan™ Flooring Package

The ClearPlan™ Flooring Package includes recommended products, pricing, and project outline and remains the intellectual property of Floors By Nature.

Installation Services

Installation may be carried out by Floors By Nature or qualified third-party contractors.

Limitation of Liability

Advice is provided based on professional experience. Final outcomes depend on site conditions and external factors.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
